SMART OIL 2 SMAR T O I L 2 Complex oil, designed for the lubrication of guides, slides, sliding plans and columns of machine tools. It’s obtained from the mix of different components and it’s characterized by a very low static friction coefficient (i.e. standing start, starting) and, in particular, lower than the dynamic friction coefficient (i.e. moving), to ensure a regular and uniform progress of the wagons and tables, even under heavy loads. This lubricant also has outstanding extreme pressure properties to protect the mechanical parts in movement one against each other at high specific pressures. The high adhesive power, finally, reduces to a minimum any dripping. SMART OIL 2 is an all-purpose, suitable for a wide range of applications as slides, tables, scrolling floors and columns of machine tools. It is also suitable for centralized lubrication systems. SMART OIL 2 All the consequent problems of vibration and bounce (stick-slip), which cause a bad degree of finishing of the working parts during machining, are deleted.
