Flowrate is externally adjustable, allowing the user to set the injector to the desired displacement and application’s recommended lubrication requirements. DL1 injectors have a visual indicator pin incorporated to confirm proper operation and function of the lubrication solution. The injector is positioned within a manifold and is available from 1 to 6 outlet configurations, which can be mounted in any orientation. Each DL1 injector can be easily inspected, assembled, or disassembled from its manifold without removing any existing fittings or supply lines. Customized manifolds are available through DropsA.
