The Drake warranty offers a full year of coverage with no limit on operational hours. It includes a "Warranty Assurance Program" where machines are inspected post-warranty to ensure optimal performance. Free operator and maintenance training is provided during this inspection.
Specifications
Drake GS:H models accommodate workpiece diameters from 6" to 120" and support Right and Left Helix angles of up to 30˚ or 45˚. The models vary in stock diameter, hob RPM, and table RPM, with specifications subject to change.
Gear System: Hobber
Drake Gear Hobbers are designed for cutting Spur, Helical, Worm Gears, and Spline Shafts. They feature ISO 9001 certified quality systems and are equipped with user-friendly electrical systems and Fanuc control systems for easy setup and repeatability.
