MAGNETIC PALLETIZER TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS Magnetic palletizer specially designed to transport cans with diameters greater than 64 mm. (in an orderly or disorderly manner). Optional: possibility of lifting and transporting protective cartons with minimum dimensions of 1200 x 1000 mm. The assembly can be handled by a robot arm or other machine capable of moving the magnetic palletiser assembly, with a maximum load of up to 250 kg. It uses magnetic technology to handle cans without damaging them, guaranteeing an accurate and fast palletizing process. The main module is equipped with: • 4 double-acting pneumatic pistons FESTO or similar, equally spaced, acting on the entire magnetic system from the upper part of the magnetic system. • Optional: 6 sets of small suction cups with their respective compensators, integrated in the magnetic system, for the following actions: picking up, transporting and placing protective cartons on the stacked cans. • Junction box or electrical connections and complete set of accessories necessary to control the 6 pneumatic pistons mentioned above. • Complies with CE regulations.
