The machine operates on a well-established principle that is easy to learn, allowing for fast, precise, and smooth tensioning of blanks and saw blades. The tension can be reproduced consistently. The blade is clamped onto a centring pin and positioned on the rolling head. The operator manually presses the rolling wheels together with pre-selected pressure to tension roll the blade on the desired diameter. The machine includes a test gauge for checking blade runout.
