Technical Specification Overview
The Dr. Fritsch Laser Center allows two machines to be connected to a single laser source, enabling independent operation. This setup ensures efficiency and safety, as one machine can be welding while the other is being prepared. Compatible machines include LSM 312, LSM 300, and BSM 300.

Beam Switch UBS 102
The Beam Switch UBS 102 facilitates the use of one laser source across different workstations. It employs a pneumatically actuated tilted mirror to deflect the laser beam at a 90° angle when necessary. The mirror is water-cooled to maintain optimal performance.

Beam Switch Controller UBC 100
The UBC 100 manages the distribution of the laser beam to two machines, acting as a command and safety interface. It emulates the laser source, allowing client machines to operate independently. The controller features simple controls for changing operating modes and displaying status. In automatic mode, the connected machines determine the laser beam's direction. Alternatively, the beam can be manually allocated to a single machine using the operating mode selector.
