The DSP 507 is a sintering press which has been designed for manual, semi-automatic operation. It works according to the principle of resistance heating by means of electrical current and hydraulic operating pressures up to 300 bar. 1. The sintering mould is put onto the lower graphite electrode 2. The workpiece temperature is measured by means of a thermocouple which is inserted into the sintering mould 3.
