Functioning

The machine operates by conveying powder from a hopper through a controlled channel to a weighing scale. Once the desired weight is reached, the powder is dispensed into a cup via a funnel.
Cups are positioned on a rotary table, which moves to position the next cup under the funnel after each correct weighing.
In case of overdosing, the excess is emptied into a separate container.
The cycle ends when the desired quantity is reached or manually stopped. The machine stops automatically in case of faults like 'no powder flow'.
It features a self-learning dosing algorithm that adapts to the powder's flow characteristics, allowing dosing of different powders with minimal parameter adjustments.

Total electric power: 500 VA, with a supply voltage of 1 x 230 V, 50/60 Hz (other options available on request).
Maximum connected load is 4 A, with customer-provided fuses of 6 A.
Compressed air requirements include a consumption of approximately 1.2 – 1.5 l/h at a pressure of 4 – 6 bar, with a connection for a hose with an inner diameter of 8 – 9 mm.
The machine includes 30 powder cups (50 ml each) and an electronically self-optimizing weighing device with specified accuracy ranges.
Dimensions and weight are provided for the table machine with base frame.

FUNCTIONING Powder is put into a hopper, from where it is conveyed through an outlet and via a controlled conveying channel. From the conveying channel, the powder gets into the weighing scale. As soon as the weight is reached, the conveying channel stops and, in the event of a correct weighing, the contents of the scale is filled into a cup by opening the scale and by means of a funnel.
