The FP050 high pressure barrel pump is designed for pumping lubricants up to NLGI class 3.

Technical Data
- Pump Data: Operating pressure is 2–6 bar, suitable for highly viscous, solvent-free media. Displacement per double stroke is 79 cm³, with a conveying capacity of 4740 cm³/min at 60 double strokes/min. Delivery pressure is 96 bar for FP050-24 and 180 bar for FP050-45. Transmission ratios are 24:1 and 45:1 respectively. Sound level at 4 bar is 73 dB.
- Compressed Air Supply: Nominal supply pressure is 5 bar, requiring dried, filtered, oil-free air. Air requirement at 4 bar is 556.8 l/min for FP050-24 and 914.2 l/min for FP050-45. Connection is R 1/4“ with a coupling plug nominal width of 7.2.
- Technical Dimensions: Depth is 535 mm, width is 934 mm, height is 1443 mm, and extended height is 2143 mm. Follower plate diameter and seal diameter are customized, with a material thickness of 6 mm and Vulkollan wiper rings. Max container dimensions are Ø 420 mm and height 670 mm.
- Electrical Connection: Indicator light connection values are 230 V/50 Hz.
- Environmental Conditions: Temperature range is 10–40 °C, humidity is 50–70%, and installation requires a flat industrial floor.
