The high pressure barrel pump FP015 is designed for pumping lubricants up to NLGI class 3, making it suitable for various industrial applications.
Developed in-house, D+P high pressure barrel pumps undergo strict quality control to ensure they meet customer requirements optimally and technically.
The pumps offer high product quality, reliability, and long service life. Using a follower plate, they ensure optimal barrel emptying without contamination, unlike manual methods.
- Pump Data: Operating pressure ranges from 2–6 bar, with a displacement of 19 cm³ per double stroke and a conveying capacity of 1140 cm³/min. The delivery pressure is 100 bar with a transmission ratio of 25:1.
- Compressed Air Supply: Requires a nominal supply pressure of 4.5 bar, with dried, filtered, oil-free air. Maximum air requirement at 4 bar is 180 l/min, with a connection size of G 1/4“.
- Technical Dimensions: The pump measures 380 mm in depth, 475 mm in width, and 584 mm in height, extending to 964 mm. The follower plate and seal diameter are customized, with a material thickness of 6 mm and Vulkollan wiper rings. Maximum container dimensions are Ø 335 mm and height 360 mm.
- Electrical Connection: Indicator light connection values are 230 V/50 Hz.
- Environmental Conditions: Operates in temperatures between 10–40 °C and humidity levels of 50–70%, requiring a flat industrial floor for installation.
