VERSIONS Our pneumatic dosing valves are available in two versions for different dosing ranges from 0.003-2.5 cm³. For manual processes without fixed system integration, we also offer the HDV05, a handheld version of the DV05, where the application of the preset quantity is triggered manually. PRACTICAL EXAMPLE Greasing result D+P DOSING DEVICE FOR GREASING SCREWS This device is used to grease M16 screws. A DV05 ensures precise, clean greasing and thus prevents the screws from seizing and facilitates the screwing process. The automatic dispensing process is triggered pneumatically by inserting the screw into the dispensing head; no PLC is required.
