Drive Types and Mounting

End Drive: Compact design with 1" diameter drive pulley; preferred belt pull positions are A and D for maximum load capacity; includes gearmotor mounting bracket and coupling hardware.
Mid Drive: 1.25" diameter drive pulley; moveable along frame and reversible belt direction; mounting types include Type 1 (motor below drive box) and Type 2 (motor to side of drive box).
Mounting Options: Side mount and bottom mount available; T-slot frame allows flexible mounting of accessories and automation components.

Gearmotors and Controllers

Fixed Speed Gearmotors: Sealed, totally enclosed, non-ventilated; 115 V, 1 phase, 60 Hz; non-reversing; horsepower ranges from 0.006 to 0.008 hp; RPM from 19 to 40.
Variable Speed Gearmotors: Brushless DC, sealed, totally enclosed; includes cord with plug; capable of indexing up to 60 times per minute; horsepower from 0.03 to 0.04 hp; RPM range 125 to 250.
Variable Speed Controllers: Available in full feature (with on/off switch, speed potentiometer, forward/reverse), remote signal (for remote speed and indexing control), and board level (open board controller for 24 VDC input).

Mounting Brackets and Accessories

Horizontal Mounting Brackets: Aluminum with T-slot hardware; available in 2" and 3.25" top of base (TOB) heights to match end or mid drive conveyors.
Pivoting Mounting Bracket: Stainless steel, ±60° angle adjustment, includes T-slot hardware.
