Maschinenfabrik Retus (Erwin Suter AG) Brine-mixing Machine Lak-O-Mat LM-800 / LM-1600 LM-1600 (ohne Abbildung) 1600 40 380/50 320 Beschrieb The brine-mixing machine consists of a stainless steel tank, a stainless circulation pump, a hopper for the dry material (salt / additives) and various fittings and pipes. The machine mixes within 2 - 3 minutes up to 1500 liters of water with appropriate amounts of dry material without leaving a residue. Fill the desired amount of liquid (dose by means of dipstick in liters) into the mixing vessel and the liquid is brought into circulation by the centrifugal pump. The powder is poured in the hopper to be solved. The filling valve regulates the dumping speed. The circulating liquid absorbs the powder and brings it into the solution / dispersion. By opening the drain valve the final product may be pumped to the site.
