ROLLER DOORS Our high-speed and low-noise roller doors are custom made for supermarkets, warehouses, industrial premises, freezer rooms and are adapted to the customers’ specific needs and requirements for speed, hygiene, wind stability, thermal influences, insulation etc. The roller doors are supplied with our unique collision protection, which makes it easy and quick to get the door in operation again after a possible collision. We have gathered relevant data below on our roller doors. Door types and selection of door All doors are made according to the customer’s request, however at max. size according to the following: • DS260 – aluminum door for internal use (changes are limited), max. size 3000x3000 mm • DS280 – door for smaller openings and for internal use • DS290-DS305 – primarily for internal use, max. size 4000x3400 mm • DS320P – for interior use, suitable for pharma / clean room, max. size 4000x4000 mm • DS350-DS375 – for external use, robust port, max. size 5000x5000 mm, however max. 16 m2 • DS700 – for external use, great wind impact, max. size 7000x6000 mm, however max. 20 m2 • DS800+DS850 – can be used for cold store and freezer rooms, made in max. size 4000x5000 mm. Fabric 2 mm reinforced fabric, available in the following colors: • Grey (dark), RAL 7024 • Grey (light), RAL 7038 • Blue, RAL 5007 • Orange, RAL 2004 • Yellow, RAL 1023 • Red, RAL 3000 0.8 mm industrial fabric (can only be used in DS260-DS290), available in the following colors: • Grey • Blue Both reinforced fabric and industrial fabric are available with print. Fields of view can be inserted vertically / horizontally in both armored fabric and industrial fabric. At the DS800 and DS850, the fabrics are sewn together so that cells with insulating material occur, the total thickness of the insulated fabric is 43 mm. Insulated fabric is only available in blue. Insulated fabric is not made with windows. In addition, special fabrics such as antistatic fabric. Frames and coverings DS260 is made with aluminum legs and white food-safe covering. The DS280-DS305 is manufactured as standard in galvanized steel. Available in stainless steel. The DS320-DS850 is manufactured as a standard in stainless steel. At full covering and high/wide gates, frames and covering are always in stainless steel. The DS270-DS850 can be made with stainless steel (AISI 316).
