It can measure the torsion values of each forward and reverse rotation, and send the collected torsion signals to the PC through the USB2.0 communication module. The PC automatically records the curve change and draws the torque decay life curve, and uses the Windows® window screen to set the test conditions. The operation is simple and convenient, and all the data can be stored (test conditions, torque-angle curve, life decay curve, test data report, etc.), which is a sharp weapon for HINGE manufacturers to improve their quality.
