- Model F2: Features two holes for producing flour or potato gnocchi, with adjustable stripes and speed via an inverter. It has a semi-continuous feed system and is easy to clean.
- Model F6: Features six holes, with adjustable stripes and flour quantity. It includes a motovariator for speed adjustment and a semi-continuous feed system.
- Model F8/F12: Features 12 holes for producing gnocchi from flour or potatoes, either hot or cold. It includes a stainless steel structure, a flour duster, and an electric panel built to international standards.
- Automatic Lobes Pump MOD. PL100: Designed for continuous dough feeding to the F12 model, featuring a filling hopper and a feed screw. It is fully dismantlable for cleaning and made from stainless steel.
