Product catalog summary
Applications
The LDTouchControl is a PLC-based control unit designed for fully automatic control of HV test systems and transformers. It works with an HV Power Unit to adjust voltage using a classical regulating transformer at power frequency.

Benefits
The control unit features a touch panel screen and offers both manual and fully-automatic operation modes. It supports power frequency and variable frequency versions, with password-protected global limits for primary and secondary currents and voltages. In manual mode, voltage is adjusted using "Up" and "Down" buttons, with adjustable regulating speed and software limits. In automatic mode, the system increases voltage to a pre-defined target, holds it, and then shuts down automatically. The display language can be set to English or German. The unit complies with DIN EN 50191 and safety standards EN ISO 13849-1 and EN 954-1.

Specifications
The unit includes a 7-inch TFT-widescreen touch panel, external safety interlock connection, HV control push-buttons, and an emergency stop button. It offers precise measurement with uncertainties of less than 2% for primary voltage and current, and less than 1% for secondary voltage. The dimensions are a 19" plug-in housing, 4 HU, with a weight of approximately 5 kg.

Accessories
Available accessories include the TD SMART dissipation factor and capacitance measuring system, and the PD SMART measuring system.

HV test systems:LDTouchControl-1

LDTouchControl Applications The PLC-based Control Unit "LDTouchControl", combined with an appropriately dimensioned HV Power Unit, is used in fully automatic control arrangements of HV test systems/HV test transformers, where the voltage adjustment is performed with a classical regulating transformer at power frequency. The advanced touch panel screen HV control unit provides in combination with a Power Unit the following features: » Selection of operation mode: manually or fully-automatic » Two versions: power frequency and variable frequency version » Entering of global limits for primary and secondary currents and voltages (password protected by administrator) » Manually mode: Increasing and decreasing of the output voltage via pressing the push-buttons "Up" and "Down"; regulating speed infinitely adjustable via soft-keys; Adjustable software limits for secondary current and voltage within the administrative pre-settings. » Automatic mode: The control system is increasing the voltage via a linear ramp to a pre-defined target voltage value. It holds this voltage for the pre-defined dwell time and sut-down than automatically. Ramp time, target value and dwell time can be adjusted via touch-screen display by the customer. » Display language in English or German IMPORTANT ADVANTAGE: The HV Control Unit LDTouchControl is (together with the Power Unit) qualified for the design of HV test systems in accordance with DIN EN 50191. Its emergency stop and safety circuits meet the requirements of Performance Level d/e according to standard EN ISO 13849-1 and up to Category 4 according to standard EN 954-1 respectively. » Touchpanel 7 inch TFT-widescreen display » Connection for external safety interlock Doble Lemke GmbH Zschoner Ring 9, 01723 Kesselsdorf / Dresden Germany www.doble-lemke.eu Doble Lemke AG Kaiserstrasse 9, 4310 Rheinfelden Switzerland www.doble-lemke.eu
