The LDC-7/UHF is primarily used for sensitivity verification of Partial Discharge (PD) measuring circuits operating in the UHF/VHF range.
- Output Signal Ranges: Selectable ranges at 50 Ohm of 0...0.6 V, 0...6 V, and 0...60 V.
- Adjustability: Output signal is manually adjustable.
- Resolution: Less than 1% of the measuring range.
- Polarity: Output signal polarity is switchable.
- Charge Pulses Rise Time: Less than or equal to 200 ps at 50 Ohm.
- Decay Time Constant: Approximately 100 to 200 ns.
- Pulse Repetition Rate: 100 Hz, can be synchronized with mains frequency.
- Display: 3½-digit digital LCD for voltage value display.
- Battery Indicator: Includes a low battery display.
- Power Supply: Operates on 8 x Mignon AA LR6 batteries or an external power supply (12 V DC, mains 100...240 V, 50 - 60 Hz, max. 0.25 A).
