AT/13 Clip mounting IEPE Triaxial piezoelectric accelerometer

Product catalog summary
Overview: The AT/13 Triaxial Voltage Output Accelerometer is designed for modal analysis and structural testing, particularly in the automotive and aerospace sectors. It features a unique mounting system with slotted sides and base, allowing it to be mounted on five faces using a clip system for easy installation and removal.
Specifications: The accelerometer is available in two voltage sensitivity options: 10 mV/g and 100 mV/g. It is constructed from Titanium Grade 2 for durability and low mass, weighing 29 grams. The device operates within a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, with a high-temperature variant available up to +185°C. It supports an excitation current of 2 to 15 mA and a supply voltage of 15 to 35 VDC.
Performance: The AT/13 features three orthogonal sensing elements for accurate measurement across all axes with minimal cross-axis effects. It has a resonant frequency of 33 kHz for the Z-axis and 20 kHz for the X/Y axes. The frequency response is within +/-10% from 1 Hz to 5 kHz, and the noise level is equivalent to 3 mg.
Mounting and Accessories: The accelerometer can be mounted using adhesive or the CL/01 or CL/02 mounting clips. The CL/02 clip has a thicker base and can be customized for specific applications. The case is sealed and welded, with a ¼-28UNF 4-pin connector.
Graphical Data: The document includes frequency response graphs for the X, Y, and Z axes, showing sensitivity deviation across a range of frequencies from 10 Hz to 10,000 Hz.

AT/13 Clip mounting IEPE Triaxial piezoelectric accelerometer-1

AT/13 Triaxial Voltage O/P Accel. 10/100mV/g The AT/13 has been developed primarily for the Modal Analysis and Structural test marketplace with particular focus on the Automotive and Aerospace markets. The slotted sides and a slotted base allow it to be mounted on 5 of its faces by sliding into the accompanying clip. Users can then mount the clips using normal glue methods and slide the accelerometers in and out of the clip as required. This ensures perfect repeatability for tests without the need for leaving the accelerometer in situ. In addition, for large channel count testing, all accelerometers can be mounted in the same orientation making software set up easier. Sensitivity Deviation (%). Manufactured in Titanium for low mass and long life, the AT/13 has three individual sensing elements internally mounted in the three orthogonal axes; this provides excellent performance in each axis with minimal cross axis effects. Clip part number CL/01 can be ordered separately. Also available is the CL/02 which has a thicker base and can be modified to suit specific user applications. Sensitivity Deviation (%). The AT/13 is available as charge output or as IEPE voltage output. Sensitivity Deviation (%). Typical Frequency Response DJB Instruments 33 bis rue Louis Maury FR-55100 VERDUN FRANCE
