Diversitech’s Oil Mist collectors are designed with a vertical configuration to allow for the drainage and reuse of oil-based coolants and lubricants. How The D Mister Oil Mist Collector Works The unit’s standard configuration uses three stages of filtration to separate the mist, smoke and fumes from the air. Several filter combinations are available depending on application. Airflow ranges are from 1000 to 8000 CFM. The unit can be wall mounted on a stand or hung from the ceiling. The motor can be direct or belt driven with forward curved or high pressure composite blowers. All D Misters include drain fittings for extract coolant to reclaim lubricants.
