Overview
The Ditec Dod actuators are designed for counterweighted overhead doors, offering powerful, easy-to-install, and versatile solutions. They feature a modern design and are adaptable to various structures.

Product Range
The product range includes two models: Dod 14 and Dod 15. Dod 14 has a torque of 60 Nm and uses a single-phase motor, while Dod 15 has a torque of 65 Nm and uses a three-phase motor. Both models can be manually operated via a rope release system.

Installation and Features
The actuators can be fitted onto the drive shaft or use pinion and chain transmission, reducing installation time and material costs. They include an adjustable rotary limit switch group to manage opening cycles, preserving the mechanics of the door. The compact design allows for installation in restricted spaces. Safety accessories and controls comply with current standards.

Technical Specifications
Both models are designed for intensive use with a service index of 4. They operate intermittently with a duty cycle of S2 = 30 min and S3 = 50%. The operating temperature ranges from -20°C to +55°C, extendable to -35°C with NIO enabled. The protection level is IP40, and the dimensions are 135x264x350 mm.

Control Panel
The control panels, E1A for Dod 14 and E1T for Dod 15, support different power supplies and have a protection level of IP55. They include inputs for opening, closing, and stop controls, and outputs for flashing and courtesy lights. Programmable functions include force adjustment, operation time, and automatic re-closing time.

Safety and Protection
Safety features include emergency stop, safe closing, safety test facility, and an obstruction detection system (ODS) that stops or reverses movement upon detecting an obstacle. An antifreeze system (NIO) is also available.

Optional Accessories
Optional accessories include an 8.2 KΩ-resistance safety edge and a magnetic loop detector.
