Ultra CE Composite Edition Detect leaks on your vacuum bags FEATURES Ultra CE is an easy-to-use device, providing operators with a repeatable method to detect leaks on vacuum bags. Leak searches is much faster than with traditional techniques and can be done meters away. There is no need for scanning each square centimeter of the bag. The camera delivers an immediate and clear leak visualisation. Plus, the camera actively filters background noise making it possible to use in noisy production halls. TECHNOLOGY Vacuum leaks create air turbulence which, in turn, produce ultrasounds. These ultrasounds are captured by Ultra CE’s 124 microphones. Ultra CE calculates a triangulated position for each leak, and displays it in real-time on the device screen. Pictures and videos can be recorded and integrated in digital reports with Distran Audalytics.
