DISAB Vacturion™ DL10 Usage The vacloader is equipped with options. DISAB Vacturion™ DL10 is designed for industrial applications suitable for suctioning both solid and liquid materials. Its strong and efficient suction feature makes it appropriate for industries such as cement, lime, chemicals, plastic, foundries, steelworks, quarries, pulp & paper, shipyards, and power stations. The material is sucked through a 6” hose, accessible at the rear of the vacloader, via an 8” inlet. (Or via a hose boom option.) DISAB Vacturion™ DL10 offers extremely good suction capacity. The suction unit is powered via a well reputed power transmission. Suction power is regulated on the units controls by adjusting the RPM of the truck. Other benefits include: DISAB Vacturion™ DL10 is driven by the truck’s engine and has a suction only feature. Its round tank design makes it suitable for handling both wet and dry materials. It is designed to operate as a stand-alone vacloader for work with 6” hoses, but can equally well operate as a central vacuum unit connected to a fixed tube system, facilitating multi-inlet cleaning. DISAB Vacturion™ DL10 has limited options available. The discharge of materials occur by tipping the tank and the tank tipping system consists of a hydraulic front cylinder, double acting system to make it easyto-use for the operator. The unit is designed for the industrial environment and is easy to use for the operator.
