Installation Instructions:
1. Fix the winch on a surface of adequate thickness and flatness.
2. Ensure delivery, return, and drain pipes are proportionate to oil flow.
3. Connection ports: V2 for delivery (lifting), V1 for return (lowering) with acceptable backpressure between 1-5 bar.
4. Standard lifting rotation is counterclockwise; specify clockwise if needed.
5. Drain port (D) must always connect directly to the tank.
6. Follow winch instructions for correct rope winding.
7. Use open-center distributors for winch control.
8. Ensure hydraulic circuit cleanliness (suggested filtering: 10 micron, max 25).
9. Run winch without load for 5 minutes at maximum flow before first loaded lift.
10. Calibrate pressure relief valve 30 bar above lifting pressure.
11. Winches are not for lifting people.
12. Warranty void if instructions are not followed.
