Specifications

The system reduces scrap rates by over 10% compared to traditional lasers and offers significant material cost savings by using coils instead of blanks. LINACUT® supports long, unmanned production runs and can handle coils up to 25 tons. It is ideal for OEMs and job shops, offering flexibility and efficiency for small to medium quantity jobs without dedicated tooling. The system is suitable for prototypes, pre-production batches, and niche vehicle components.
Part Collection and Scrap Management
A 6 or 7-axis robot continuously offloads parts, and the system manages skeleton splitting through the CAM processor. Scrap is collected in a container at the conveyor exit, ensuring efficient material handling.
