Overview
Flexipress is a mechanical press designed for punching and small embossing processes, integral to flexible and continuous manufacturing systems for metallic parts. It features a fixed stroke and high capacity, making it suitable for high-speed production.

Description
The Flexipress is equipped with an electro-welded and stabilized frame, supported by four guiding columns that allow for decentralized die operations across the table surface. It includes an eccentric shaft with a pneumatic clutch and double safety pneumatic valve, driven by an asynchronous motor with frequency variation. The machine also features a crankshaft on the lower side, belt drive transmission, and an electro-pneumatic clutch-brake system. Automatic lubrication with centralized oil recirculation ensures mechanical stability.
