ViewStream 300 587160000-3 Digital Video Player The ViewStream 300 is a digital video and audio player designed for the playback of MPEG-1,2 & 4 and still picture on TV and video monitors in commercial environments. The videos are stored and played back directly from solid state CompactFlash memory card. Barcode Scanner support : A serial port is provided for interfacing with a barcode code reader. A typical use for this is to enable users to scan barcodes and have a related track play. Audio Output : Stereo audio (L/R) Playback modes : A range of playback modes can be set: Auto/Manual: Playback commences upon power-up or optionally with DVD type user commands via a button interface. Playlist/Default: Video tracks play according to a playlist created with DV Studio or in filename alphanumeric order. Loop: An individual file or group of files can be set to loop continuously. Scheduled: Up to 40 playlists can be scheduled individually. Data Logging : Create a log file on the CF Card containing a cumulative log of events that lists the date, time and track that was played. USB support : A regular USB port is provided at the front panel for the content update without removing the CF card. MPEG-4 support : Support 2Mbit/s encloding bitrate at NTSC (720x480) and PAL (720x576) resolution. Storage Media : CompactFlash (CF) memory card - all sizes up to 8GB Interactivity : A range of interactive options are available including touch screen, buttons as well as innovative switching options.
