Sanding line Grading can be carried out visually by line operator or automatically by a camera-based grading system. The panel can easily be taken out to the inspection station beside the sanding line for closer inspection. To avoid unnecessary stacking and storing of the A-graded products, in most cases the cut-to-size sawing line can be directly connected to the sanding line, where the panels are cut to final size directly after sanding.
