Batching of Polymers
Three systems are available for processing polymers: processing of pre-mixed compounds (LFT-D), processing of granulates such as polypropylene (PP) and masterbatch, and working with recycled materials.

Batching Units
There are gravimetric batching units for granulate and recycled materials, and micro-batching units for additives.

Provision of Rovings
Roving bobbin stands are used with glass fiber bobbins, although other fibers can be used. The system monitors individual rovings during processing. Depending on the fiber proportion, rovings with weights of 2400 or 4800 tex are utilized.

Servohydraulically Adjustable Plasticized Material Nozzle
The LFT direct process includes a servohydraulically adjustable nozzle for providing plasticized material with an optimized flow. This system includes a mixing device, adjustable LFT slot nozzle, and parting device, all controlled by a servohydraulic control system and PC line control.
