Combines screening and cleaning into a single unit ClassiCleaner™‘s high performance is a result of an unique 3-stage cleaning procedure. The material is screened into separate fractions according to process needs on a roller bed. As the material moves along the roller bed, heavy contaminants are concentrated and form a mineralenriched layer on top of the roller bed. This enriched bottom layer is separated into a sub-flow through a special, wider roller gap and is cleaned in specific airassisted cleaning units.
