The containment shell hermetically seals the conveying medium to the outside, and the hereby arrising eddy currents are dissipated by the internal circulation. The generously dimensioned shaft bearing, which is in contact with the medium, is mounted in SiC sleeve bearings and is therefore maintenance- and wear-free.
