Mounting and disassembly tools Disassembly toolbox This toolbox from DICHTOMATIK is especially suited for the disassembly of O-Rings and U-Rings. This stable box contains a complete 8-piece set. The disassembly tools can be used for nearly any dimension. Disassembly tool Disassembly tool for shaft seal rings, U-Rings and end caps. The disassembly tools can be used for nearly any dimension. Mounting pliers A set of mounting pliers consists of four different plier sizes and a mounting bracket to attach as a clamping aid. They are suited to the mounting of U-Rings. The complete five-piece set is available in the box. The mounting pliers can be used with U-Rings with a diameter of up to 165 mm. Mounting pliers S: 22-30 mm Mounting pliers M: 30-50 mm Mounting pliers L: 50-70 mm Calibrating pliers The calibrating pliers are suited for use with PTFE seals. The calibrating pliers can be used in the 50 - 360 mm range. PTFE cutter With the PTFE cutter, PTFE guide bands can be cut to the desired length. Replacement blades for PTFE cutter (10 units). The cutting pliers cut guide bands to length at an angle of 45°. Additional deburring is not required due to the cleanly cut edge. The maximum allowable width of the PTFE guide bands is 25 mm.
