The system is designed to arrange the entry of multiple products simultaneously to ensure they are aligned.
Main Characteristics
- Includes 1 infeed conveyor with a split belt and 1 exit conveyor.
- Guides are included for product alignment.
- Suitable for products weighing up to 10 kg.
- Configuration options include various alignments such as 1x1 to 1, 2x1 to 1, 2x2 to 1, 3x1 to 1, 3x2 to 1, 4x1 to 1, 6x1 to 1, etc.
- Conveyor height ranges from 800 mm to 950 mm, with width and length adjustable based on product size.
- Performance is up to 40 packages per minute for the 3x2 to 1 aligner; performance for other models may vary.
Construction
- Made from AISI 304 stainless steel and anodised aluminium for durability.
Power Supply & Compressed Air
- Electrical requirements: 230 V/50 Hz or 115 V/60 Hz.
- Compressed air requirement: maximum 150 l/min at 5-8 bar.
Additional Equipment
- Aligners are available to enhance product alignment efficiency.
