General Characteristics:
The DH-VZ tail lift is designed for panel vans, with a capacity of 300 kg. It features a flat aluminium platform with a thickness of 35 mm, available in two configurations: DH-VZ1 with single rotation and a bridge plate, and DH-VZ2 with double rotation without a bridge plate. The lift is equipped with a single acting lift cylinder with a chromed piston rod and can be positioned behind the rear doors or laterally against the side wall of the vehicle. The standard lifting height is 800 mm above the ground, powered by an 800 W motor with a thermal fuse. The lift is compact, easy to fit, use, and maintain, with assisted closing and opening of the platform. It is delivered fully assembled and tested.

Technical Characteristics:
The DH-VZ lift is lightweight, with a proper weight of 130 kg, and is designed to load and unload parcels efficiently. It is not suitable for transporting people or wheelchairs. The lift's platform dimensions are 950 x 1050 mm, with usable surfaces of 890 x 750 mm for VZ1 and 890 x 880 mm for VZ2. The width of the lift is 300 mm behind the doors and 250 mm against the sides. Door clearance required above the loading floor is the lifting height plus 400 mm.

Application:
The DH-VZ is suitable for most panel vans and is designed for simple and efficient parcel handling. The use of aluminium reduces the lift's weight significantly. The lift is available in two executions: DH-VZ1 with a hinged rear edge and single rotation, and DH-VZ2 with a firm platform and double rotation.

Options:
Optional features include lifting heights up to 1200 mm, non-standard platform dimensions, and fold-over platform extensions. The lift can be closed against rear doors or side panels and can work on the vehicle floor or the ground.
