Product catalog summary
Product Overview
XRF-Single is an inline analytical instrument designed for real-time detection and analysis of multiple elements in industrial processes. It uses energy dispersion to analyze complex X-ray spectra generated by elements in materials, providing rapid results without complex sample preparation.

Operating Principle
The XRF-Single employs X-ray fluorescence spectrum analysis. It ionizes atoms in materials, causing energy transitions that emit characteristic X-rays. These X-rays are detected and analyzed to determine element types and concentrations. The system corrects for slurry concentration using scattered X-rays.

Product Features
  • Real-time Analysis: Provides quick, online detection results.
  • Accuracy: Designed for accurate reflection of slurry status with room temperature operation.
  • Adaptability: Functions in various industrial conditions without influence from concentration or particle size.
  • Installation: Can be installed directly on process piping, reducing maintenance and investment costs.
  • Technology: Utilizes advanced nuclear electron and energy spectrum analysis to minimize element interference.
  • Usability: Offers stable performance, high accuracy, and user-friendly software.

Performance Parameters
  • Analysis Method: X-ray fluorescence spectrum analysis.
  • Element Range: Elements with atomic numbers over 20.
  • Content Range: 100% to 0.001%.
  • Precision: Relative error varies with content level, from 1-20%.
  • Stability: Stability under 0.3%, with automatic drift correction.
  • Analysis Time: 1 minute per sample flow, adjustable.
  • Customization: Instrument size customizable to site conditions.

Site Conditions
  • Water Requirements: Clean domestic water, pressure between 0.3-0.8 MPa.
  • Power Supply: 380/460VAC, 3 phase, with specific grounding resistance.
  • Compressed Air: Clean, dry air at 0.6-0.8 MPa, with low dew point.
  • Temperature: Stream temperature 0-40℃, ambient -20℃ to 50℃, humidity 0-90%.

Product Application
XRF-Single is suitable for detecting elements like Fe, Cu, Pb, Zn, Mo, and others with atomic numbers over 20. It is widely used in non-ferrous and ferrous metallurgy industries, enhancing product quality, metal recovery, and cost efficiency.

X-Ray Fluorescent Elemental Analyzer(XRF-Single)-2

X-Ray Fluorescent Elemental Analyzer (XRF-Single) I. Product Overview XRF-Single is one kind of inline single-stream and multi-element detecting and analytical instrument. It adopts energy dispersion method and motivates various elements in materials, so that these elements generate complex X-ray mixed energy spectrum. XRF analyzes the mixed energy spectrum and thus to calculates types and contents of elements in materials. XRF is an inline instrument for real-time analysis of element contents in industrial production processes. The instrument directly analyzes and measures slurry and rapidly...

II. Operating Principle XRF-Single uses X-ray fluorescence spectrum analysis technology and the method of energy dispersion to analyze the element content in the material. Materials are exposed to rays with suitable energy so that atoms in pulps are ionized and in excited state. Inner-shell electrons are excited and therefore vacancies appear. Such vacancies are filled by outer-shell electrons at high levels rapidly (within 10-15s) so that energy level transition occurs. Energy difference between energy levels is released in the form of characteristic X-rays. When pulps contain several elements,...
