Working Principle When the microwave passes through materials with water or dry materials, the microwave will show different changes in the transmission spend and intensity along the transmission direction. The material with water will make the transmission speed of microwave slow but the intensity weak. Product Composition Product Features DF- MMA I microwave moisture meter is mainly composed of measuring equipment and control system. Measuring equipment: The measuring equipment includes microwave transmitting antenna and receiving antenna, ultrasonic thickness transducer and C type structure frame. Each unit of the measurement equipment is accurately designed and installed on C type structure frame, and needs not to be adjusted before operation, so as to ensure that the microwave transmitting antenna and receiving antenna are aligned with the central point of conveyer belt.
