Thanks to this ecological and smart unit, specifically designed for every type of use and installation, maintenance costs are reduced, this resulting in a production investment. Our first aim was to design a unit different from the ones on the market and able to solve the problems caused by conveyor belts: thanks to the excellent results, we proudly think to have succeeded. Band problems: Problems related to aggregate sticking to bands, especially in the presence of water, require immediate maintenance operations, this causing a production loss. Such type of problem has become more urgent when longer and faster conveyors, together with larger belts, were launched on the market, since the load capacity increased remarkably. Thanks to cleaning units, pieces of equipment can reach an optimum efficiency level; also, less stoppages for maintenance operations are needed, this also meaning reduced costs.
