Design & Construction: The DeZURIK Stainless Steel Knife Gate Valves are designed for on-off applications, featuring a corrosion-resistant body made from 304 or 316 stainless steel. They are available in sizes ranging from 2” to 24” with metal seats and offer various actuator options such as handwheels, chainwheels, bevel gears, and cylinders. The valves include a stainless steel stem for easy operation and a one-piece cast body for durability in handling tough liquid slurries and dry materials.

Specifications: The valves have a pressure rating of 150 psi CWP and exceed MSS-SP-81 shutoff standards. They are constructed with a 304 or 316 stainless steel body and gate, a 316 stainless steel packing gland, and carbon steel hardware. The yoke sleeve is made of aluminum bronze, and actuators are constructed from mild steel or cast iron.

Performance: The valves are designed for high flow capacity with a round port design that minimizes pressure drop. The rugged stainless steel gate features a precision ground finish to prevent damage and a beveled edge to cut through solids.
