Description The SR0120 is an electrical slip ring and rotary union combined unit. The slip ring transmits digital data signals (Ethernet, Profinet, etc.) and AC or DC electrical power in the same unit. The slip ring can accomplish this without any loss of data integrity. Separate M12 electrical connectors for the signal and power channels are mounted to the slip ring. The rotary union is a reliable, mechanical seal design that transmits compressed air and can be separated from the slip ring. The SR0120 is well suited for rotary table applications that incorporate motors, I/O devices, air sensing and pneumatic clamping on the table. This unit can be mounted above or below the rotary table, or horizontally in other applications.
