X-Scan iHE series X-ray linear array detector X-Scan iHE series is a family of high-resolution linear array ay detector for NDT applications utilizing X-ray tubes up to 600kVp energies. Upon special request, X-Scan iHE could be also customized for o high-energy tomography applications utilizing Linear Accelerators as radiacelerators tion source. Pixel sizes of 0.2mm, 0.4mm, and 0.8mm are available as standard products. The active length can easily be modified due to a modular system structure. o Pixelated Cadmium Tungstate (CdWO4) scintillator coupled to low-leakage silicon led photodiodes form the basic detection element and charge generated is read-out with DT’s ge proprietary low-noise ASIC circuits. X-ray source energy range: 50 kVp - 600 kVp Active length from 410 mm to 1638 mm Pixel size options: 0.2 mm, 0.4 mm and 0.8 mm Integration time 0.8 ms at minimum 16-bit AD, Dynamic range > 8000 Support Ethernet and frame grabber card interfaces High conversion efficiency, dynamic range and sensitivity for demanding high energy applications Cost efficient solution for industrial CT application Applicable for both continuous and non-continuous sources Customized solution available upon request Software with Ethernet interface as easy plug-and-play system Easy software design based on DT control library and sample codes Enclosures of the X-Scan iHE series Enclosure Model Active Length Detection Technology, Inc. | Piisilta 1, 91100 Ii, FINLAND | Tel. +358 8 553 6600 | Fax +358 8 553 6611 | http://www.deetee.com | contact@deetee.com
