Depending on your application, the best possible diode may be selected from our standard series of photodiodes. Each photodiode series has its own unique manufacturing process and specially selected raw silicon wafer material to ensure the best electrical and optical characteristics matching with your application and its requirements. PDC Series PDC-series photodiodes are extra high-resistivity PIN photodiodes with an excellent spectral response at 550 nm. This is achieved by using ultra pure starting material, special high-purity manufacturing process, and optimized optical filtering. PDC-series photodiodes also incorporate a unique guard-ring structure, which greatly reduces leakage current in biased operation. High radiation tolerance and depressed light sensitivity are achieved by the use of a specially developed radiation entrance window processing.
