The DESMI Modular H pump series is the result of further development of the well-known DESMI Modular S pump series. The Modular H pump is a compact pump of ideal dimensions for simple and quick installation. By means of an intensive development both the efficiency and the capacity of the Modular H series have been improved compared to the S series. The modular principle is based on a simple construction of standard components which secures easy servicing and low spare parts costs. The Modular H series is a non-self priming pump. Temperature range: With standard mech. shaft seal max. 80oC ~ 176°F With special mech. shaft seal max. 120oC ~ 248°F Marine pumps: • Cooling-water pump • Ballast pump • Fire pump • Wash-deck pump • General service pump • Etc. • Modular construction • The pump casing conforms to DIN 24255 • Can be supplied in monobloc combination • Can be supplied for vertical mounting • As standard the Modular H series is supplied with gauge points on both suction and delivery sides Irrespective of size and capacity the Modular H series is constructed of 5 standard components: 5. shaft seal cover Industrial pumps: • Ground water pumps • Fire pumps • Wash-down pumps • Cooling-water pumps • Circulation pumps • Fuel pumps • Filling of tanks and wagons Also suitable for "Contractors" and "Agricultural" use.
