Requires the use of an amplifier/integrator (which is built in to the ELITEpro XC/SP and PowerScout Series) External power required. Can be powered from a linepowered ELITEpro or an ELITEpro XC/SP with the proper adapter. Wall transformers are also available. Amplifier/integrator is built in to the lead wire.
