Introduction to TFT Technology
Thin Film Transistor (TFT) is a type of LCD flat-panel display screen where each pixel is controlled by one to four transistors. TFT technology offers the best resolution among flat-panel techniques and is also known as active-matrix LCDs.

How TFT Works
In TFT screens, a matrix of transistors is connected to the LCD panel, with one transistor for each color (RGB) of each pixel.
