TECHNICAL DATA SHEET V.00002PR5-2020 PROTON 5 SERIES -25% RECYCLED & CERTIFIED The New Recycled super extreme power STRETCH FILM for demanding applications PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Our new Stretch film Proton 5 - series with 25% of Recycled Material (Certified) is the most appropriate super extreme power film for every difficult application. It is focused in applications such as beverage industries, tiles, paper industries, wood, metal industries, food industry, cement products, with medium or high-speed machines (ring machines or automatic wrapping lines), applications with heavy pallets or very difficult stacking with corners and machines that can achieve 230% up to 320% of pre-stretch ratio, so the final result is a very stable pallet with high holding force. The main advantages of our film which is supplied from 12 to 17mi, is the high stretchability that allows us to have high holding force on the pallet. Also, secondary properties such as extreme dart drop and tear resistance are in the higher limit of superpower films while the low noise during applications and the strong attitude are the main characteristics of this film. Finally, by using of low weight Eco-Core of 1kg, better cost per pallet and less changes into the wrapper system are achieved. We can ensure the minimum amount of the holes during the stretch wrapping application as the puncture and tear resistance of the film are so high that no edge can make any hole during application. Quality control should be applied to rolls before running the film in order to see if the quality of film comply with the necessary technical criteria. 2. There may be electrostatic discharge during palletizing because of stretch wrapping on the pallets. It is recommended to unpack in open areas. Please make sure that electrical grounding during the wrapping process is assured at any time. 3. The product must be used within temperature range of 10-40 oC. 4.
