TECHNICAL DATA SHEET V.00001PR3-2020 PROTON 3 SERIES The Super Power Stretch Film for Demanding Applications Proton 3 is the most appropriate super power film for every medium and high application. It is focus on applications such as paper industries, wood, metal industries, food industry, beverage and refreshments, diary with semi-automatic or automatic wrapping machines, with Power Prestretch (PPS) which can be achieved from 180% to 310% of prestretch ratio so the final result is a very stable pallet with very good holding force. The main advantages of our film which is supplied from 12 to 23mi is the high stretchability that allows us to have very good holding force on the pallet. Also, secondary properties such as dart drop and tear resistance give a very good wrapping sequence without any problems of holes while the low noise during applications and strong attitude are the main characteristics of this film. We can secure the minimum of the holes during the stretch wrapping application as the puncture and tear resistance of the film gives very good properties during the wrapping sequence. The stable curve of the force which is applied during application allows us to use this film between 180%-310% having equal force on the pallet. This means that we can achieve a secure pallet using the same film in different stretch ratio. During storage at high ambient temperatures, it may be occurred blocking at the edges and inside the roll. 2. The film may become foggy, losing its transparency.
