They are ideally suited for extreme environmental conditions with high ambient temperature. Technical characteristics Reference Mounting Housing type Nominal Switching Distance Sn* Max. commutation frequency * : The nominal switching distance Sn is a theoretical value corresponding to the detection of a standard target in mild steel with axial approach. The switching point can be between 0.81 to 1.21 of Sn. To have a reliable detection it is recommended to keep the o perating distance at 0.81 of Sn. If the target is made of a material other than mild steel, the switching distance will be reduced.
