Relative Pressure Transmitters

Relative Pressure Transmitters

Relative Pressure Transmitters

Product catalog summary
Overview: The HD3604T and HD36V4T series are relative pressure transmitters designed for gas and liquid pressure measurement. They feature a microprocessor and offer current (4...20mA) or voltage (0...5V, 1...5V, 0...10V) outputs. The devices are suitable for a wide range of temperatures and pressures from 6 to 600 bar.
Specifications:
  • Output Signal: 4...20mA for HD3604T models; 0...5V, 1...5V, or 0...10V for HD36V4T models.
  • Pressure Range: 6 to 600 bar relative.
  • Overpressure Limit: Twice the nominal value.
  • Sensor Type: Piezoresistive.
  • Operating Temperature: -40 to +125°C.
  • Power Supply: 10...30Vdc for most models; 15...30Vdc for 0...10Vdc output models.
  • Accuracy: ≤ ±0.25% F.S.
  • Response Time: <5ms.
  • Protection Degree: IP65.
Mechanical and Electrical Connections:
  • Case Material: Stainless steel AISI 304.
  • Dimensions: Ø 20x95mm.
  • Weight: 80g.
  • Connection: ¼” BSP male for pressure; various DIN connectors for electrical connections.
Installation and Calibration: The transmitters can be installed in any position and are factory calibrated at three points, requiring no user calibration. Proper sealing and attention to pressure limits are crucial during installation to prevent damage.
Compliance and Safety: The devices comply with CE standards, including safety and electromagnetic interference regulations.

[ GB ] [ GB ] Description The HD3604T... and HD36V4T... are pressure transmitters with microprocessor and current (4...20mA) or voltage (0...5V, 1...5V or 0...10V) output, respectively. The sensor, piezoresistive, is insulated and allows gas and liquid pressure measurement over a wide range of temperatures. The measured pressure is relative to atmosphere. The different models cover the scales from 6 to 600bar. The case is in stainless steel diam. 20mm and encloses sensor and electronics: in order to connect it to a pressurized system, it is supplied with a ¼” BSP threaded connection with a 22mm...
