Product Models and Specifications

V1 Model - Needle Valves

Single isolation hand valve rated for 6,000 psi and 10,000 psi, with maximum working temperature up to 240°C (extendable to 540°C using graphoil packing option 004 at reduced pressure). Features include bi-directional flow, metal-to-metal sealing, anti-vibration locking pin, and multiple thread options (NPT, BSPP, BSPT, Socket weld). V2A Series - Two Valve Manifold

Designed for gauge and static instrument applications, enabling isolation and venting without process interruption. Rated for 6,000 psi and 10,000 psi with angled heads for panel mounting. V2R Model - In-line Two Valve Manifold

Provides single process isolation and controlled venting with male inlet and female outlet connection options. Rated for 6,000 psi and 10,000 psi with a compact design. Models such as V2R3A1S and V2R3A2S weigh about 0.9 kg.

V2D Model - Direct Mount Two Valve Manifold

Compact manifold for pressure transmitters featuring single isolation and vent/test facility. Includes mounting holes and options for anti-tamper and lockable vent valves. Rated at 6,000 psi with a weight of approximately 1.4 kg.

V3R Model - Remote Mount Three Valve Manifold

Primarily for differential pressure transmitters, equipped with two isolation valves and one equalizing valve. Rated for 6,000 psi and 10,000 psi. Weight approximately 1.5 kg.

V3D Model - Direct Mount Three Valve Manifold

Direct mount manifold with two isolation valves and one equalizing valve. Comes with mounting bolts and seal rings for transmitters. Rated at 6,000 psi, weighing about 1.5 kg.

V5D Series - Direct Mount Five Valve Manifold

Five-valve manifold comprising two isolation valves, two vent valves, and one equalizing valve for differential pressure transmitters. Rated at 6,000 psi with a weight of approximately 2.3 kg.
