This solenoid-based system offers thebest performance versus cost available in the industry today. It is available ineither tubular or spherical rail configurations. The spherical design permits better spacing opportunities in small engines. In fact, Delphi is the only supplier that offers a spherical rail design. Both configurations are closed loop systems with Accelerometer Pilot Control that can deliver precise amounts of fuel to the injectors, even as small as one milligram per injection.
